as CNPIC),a subsidiary of China National Pharmaceutical
Group Corporation(abbreviated as SINOPHARM),is an economic
entity of R & D,production,trade and investment.
The former entity of CNPIC ,China National Pharmaceutical
Industry Corporation,was established in 1964 and was
one of the 12 professional corporations(trusts) trial-run
by the State at that time.Since the foundation of the
State Pharmaceutical Administration of China(abbreviated
as SPAC.former SFDA) in 1978,it has become a professional
corporation under the jurisdicition of SPAC in charge
of chemical pharmaceutical industry.Registering
itself with the State Administration of Industry and
